Where's the System 96 dichroic?Frequently we are asked why we sell 90 coe dichroic glass, rather than 96 coe, or why we don’t stock both. The answer is that we used to stock 96 coe dichroic. Increasingly, however, we found that we could source a more comprehensive range of colours, patterns and textures in 90 coe dichroic – and at a cheaper price – than we could in 96 coe. From our own perspective, we also find that 90 coe cuts better and gives us a nicer result in our own jewellery making. At present, we have more than 300 different 90 coe dichroics in stock – a fairly good range of choice we think – and certainly, much more comprehensive than if we tried to stock both 90 and 96 coe dichroic glass. We're great fans of System 96 generally and you will find a comprehensive range of non-dichroic System 96 products at www.glassfusing.com.au.As we have made a substantial commitment to supplying a comprehensive range of 90 – rather than 96 – COE dichroic, we are disposing of all of our remaining stocks of 96 dichroics, at a 25% discount from the equivalent 90 coe dichroic. In reality this is more like a 50% discount on usual System 96 dichroic prices. All of the clearance stock is now listed on the web site. As stocks are strictly limited, it is strictly first come, first served! As this is a genuine clearance sale, please note that the only sizes available are those specified. |
